Detroit, May, 2009:  BEI Associates, Inc., a Detroit-headquartered architectural and engineering firm, is pleased to announce that David A. Oz, P.E. and Gary Crimaldi, AIA, both recently obtained LEED AP Accreditation.  BEI Chairman and CEO, Christopher P. Kittides, P.E, made the announcement.

 

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.  Oz is currently Project Director for Delphi's Michigan Tech Center Consolidation. 

 

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technology University.  Crimaldi is currently Lead Architect for Delphi's Michigan Tech Center Consolidation and the Chrysler Trenton Engine Plant.

 

The USGBC is the nation's foremost coalition of leaders across the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.  It created the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Rating System which has become an industry standard rating tool.

 

BEI Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned company located at 601 W. Fort Street in downtown Detroit.
