Dating back to the late 1980's, BEI has been involved in major laboratory projects. Included in this experience is a new state-of-the-art generic pharmaceutical plant located in Detroit. BEI designed the original 64,000 square foot plant, and we are currently involved in a 100,000 square foot addition at the site. Additionally, BEI completed a master plan and provided architectural and engineering services for an expansion and renovation project to a laboratory located in Oakland County, that allowed our client to expand its pharmaceutical product line and meet FDA regulations. |
