Provided architectural, structural and civil engineering design services for a 12-bay (30,000 square foot) addition to the Ford Avon Lake, Ohio Assembly Plant.

Design work included a set of 4 new truck docks and a second set of two new truck docks. Roof framing is steel trusses and purlins on a drilled pier foundation. Walls are insulated metal siding on precast concrete panels. Roofing system is a four-ply coal tar pat installation.

Site work included paving and underground utilities. All drawings were developed on CADD.

This project was a design/build partnership with the Lathrop Construction Company.
