BEI provided architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design services for new in-plant offices and truckers lounge at the 600,000 square foot High Cube Center areas of the Brownstown Parts Redistribution Center.

The two floors, 7,000 square foot, office and the truckers lounge will be located adjacent to the new truck dock on the north side of the facility

The design portion of the project is complete. It included the employee access road relocation, a marshaling area for 300 trucks and the installation of a truck dock with twenty truck doors.
