Client-based industries are a category unto themselves. They include power plants, utilities, waste handling and processing, waste-to-energy, cement plant and distribution facilities, environmental, wastewater and treated water. BEI's Energy and Process Industries Group furnishes full-service engineering, on the forefront of technology, to meet these clients' diverse needs.

Within this group, we have Instrumentation and Controls professionals who provide system integration to clients for new and retrofit systems; control strategy and optimization of hardware and software; definition to process and control applications, logic and sequences of operation. They also develop conceptual and detail design documentation, including installation engineering and start-up. They are also involved in the training of operation and maintenance personnel.
