BEI has a depth of experience in industrial plant design, and a proven track record for delivering quality design and documents on schedule and within budget. Of particular interest, may be the benchmarking study and subsequent execution in Toledo, Ohio, of the DaimlerChrysler Low-Cost Building. This concept has been developed over six consecutive automotive Body Shops and Assembly Plants with a primary goal of reducing facility construction costs, while providing a facility that supports process and manufacturing requirements. Recent and current construction of facilities has proven the design and the cost model to be a success.
