Provided plans and specifications for a new rent-a-car facility including a 13,000 square foot main building with a deluxe customer check-in area, resident staff offices, lunch and toilet facilities, four vehicle maintenance bays and two vehicle wash bays. The design included four gas islands with canopies housing all necessary equipment to completely service the rental cars. A centrally located glass-enclosed booth allows the service supervisor to view the gas islands. Also provided was a diesel island for shuttle buses, a security house at the exit and fire protection systems throughout.

In addition to the above project, BEI also provided engineering design of foundations and electrical power/lighting/data services for a new Preferred Services Building, along with four bus shelters.
